The Founder
Founded by
Simeon Ng
Kerja Labs was founded by Simeon Ng, founder of Aqount Technologies, a strategic finance advisory practice for founder-led businesses. He is also Group Finance Director at Mitrade, a multijurisdictional regulated fintech group, and co-founder of Ranidae Fisheries, an aquaculture and food supply business operating across Southeast Asia.
His career spans the full operating stack of a business. He started in audit at KPMG, then built and ran his own ventures, including a commercial services company that scaled to 120+ staff serving clients like Google, Apple, and LinkedIn. He has led finance at Sport Singapore and run regional finance and operations at Livspace across Southeast Asia.
He holds an MSc in Global Finance from NYU Stern.

Why We Started
The Work Was There.
The Time Wasn't.
Through Aqount's work with founder-led SMEs, Simeon watched the same pattern repeat: owners and small teams buried in manual operational work. Chasing leads, answering the same customer questions, keying in orders and invoices. Work that follows a pattern, eating hours every single week.
AI agents changed the equation. The technology to automate that work now exists, but most SMEs have no practical way to adopt it. No in-house team, no time for theory, no patience for hype.
Kerja Labs closes that gap. A place where SME owners learn to build their own AI workforce in a weekend, train their teams on theirs, or have one built for them.
